Wake up with determination

Hi fitness people,
every morning in the morning I usually do 30 minutes of cardio, because I also train in the afternoon. I am averaging 4.5 km, which for me is extraordinary because running was never one of my passions.
But ... today was so difficult to wake up, get out of bed and resist the call of that warm and fluffy bed. I still dragged myself out of the room and washed my face with cold water. I started thinking about why I had to go running this morning. Then I began to think about my goals...I asked myself why I started this lifestyle in the first place, and I smiled because i knew it I was on the right path.
I drank a coffee and had a peek outside, it was still dark, a little cold but no rain. Yes, I had to go! I could not miss my morning cardio. wearing my amazing training clothes and I went out the door and started to run.

  Sometimes, mostly often, we have to be strong willed and force ourselves to leave our comfort zone. This is the only way to get big gains.
